DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENT LEARNING MEDIA BASED ON MEDICAL RECORD INFORMATION SYSTEM

In order to improve the quality and quantity of learning process, Medical Records Laboratory has supporting facilities, so that each student can carry out practice managing medical record documents information in accordance with their competence. Information technology-based systems are currently not available Laboratory, when students do practicum it is effective efficient, therefore availability needs exist. This study aims determine design systems, build a laboratory system at Medica Farma Husada Mataram Polytechnic, including: Old alternative design, Database Design, ERD (Entity Relational Diagram), UML (Unified Modeling Language) Interface Implementation. research qualitative using waterfall method. The results showed hierarchy for Polytechnic was made by Php program also accompanied use MySQL database integrated good security system. process consists Patient Registration, Polyclinic Data Collection, Doctor Drug Output data reports, Print Out Pasie data, Reports. conclusion this an system-based 3 menus, namely patients, doctors records officers.
